Welcome to Proof of Play (PoP)! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Telegram app, website (popdotwtf), and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from:

- Using our Services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or restricted activities.

- Disrupting or interfering with the security, performance, or accessibility of our Services.

- Attempting to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game outcomes.

- Using bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation within PoP.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on PoP, including text, graphics, logos, game designs, and interfaces, is the property of Proof of Play or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

When you deposit or withdraw through PoP, you agree to the following terms:

- Supported Assets: USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, and $POP.

- Minimum Withdrawal: $5 equivalent.

- Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for losses due to user error (e.g., sending to the wrong address).

- Fees: Match fees apply and are reduced through $POP staking tiers. Network fees may also apply.

5. Gameplay and Wagers

- All PoP games are PvP (player vs. player) — you play against other users, not the house.

- Games run on dedicated seeds and logs for fairness.

- Disconnecting or quitting mid-game counts as a loss.

- Wagers are final once a match begins.

6. Staking & Rewards

- Staking $POP reduces match fees and boosts referral rewards.

- Unstaking may require a cooldown period or penalties as disclosed in staking terms.

- Rewards, burns, and tokenomics are subject to change and will be updated in our GitBook.

7. Referrals & Promotions

- Referral rewards are paid in $USD balance unless otherwise stated.

- Abuse of referrals (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts, Sybil attacks) is strictly prohibited.

- Promotional campaigns may have additional rules, which will be published separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof of Play and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our Services.

- Loss of funds due to wagering, blockchain errors, network downtime, or user mistakes.

- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you have paid (excluding wagers).

9. Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PoP at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of PoP are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international principles and the jurisdiction in which our entity is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of PoP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
